I'm seeded #11 in the 10k and #7 in the 5k, both of those races were run more than a month ago, and I feel like I have made some great improvements since then. It brought memories of last year's fall which was also about 10 days before NCAA's as well. This time I was luck enough that I didn't hit any major bone. Can't take anything for granted these days.

Week 52 - New England Championship

We were trying to become the first ever non-D1 team to win the New England track championship. We fell short, losing 90-95.33 to University of Rhode Island. Next big meet is NCAA, we are looking to bring the biggest UML team ever to the championships.

Week 51 - Conference Championship

The workout Tuesday was probably my best even compared to the indoor 4:28 average I did back in January. It was cold and rainy and with no one to pace the workout, this was a great effort.
