With big races coming up, I'm starting to feel a lot stronger and recovering a lot faster. The workout Tuesday was probably my best even compared to the indoor 4:28 average I did back in January. It was cold and rainy and with no one to pace the workout, this was a great effort. I could really feel my turnover much faster than I've had it all season. The race on Saturday was a big one for me. I've been trying to break 3:50 for quite some time now and to be able to do it after going out in 65secs is a good sign. I believe my last 800 was under 1:58 which is funny because my open 800PR is only 1:58.
