According to my earlier logs, on Feb 13, 2008 I was very happy with a 20:49 tempo run for 4 miles. My PR's at the time were 4:11/8:30/14:47. Now I am able to do twice the distance at a much faster pace. This past week, I ran the first 4 miles in 20:33 and the last 4 miles in 19:11. I didn't re

My body is well recovered from the race a week ago. Those runs over 7min pace are probably way over the distance indicated. Anyways, only one light workout this week and I can't really tell if it was easy or hard since it was the first time doing it. I'm not sure whether I will race this week at the Valentine 3k or just train through to continue building strength for outdoor track. I will be racing the Armagh 5k race in Ireland at the end of the month. Thanks to everyone for the congratulations I received in person

I was feeling sick with a stomach bug and was unable to finish the workout on Tuesday. My biggest concern for the weekend was to make sure my stomach problems did not come back. The race was a perfect one for me and Nate and we were both very happy with the turnout. The race felt much easier than the 14:20 from last month. Things are looking very promissing for outdoors (yes, I am eligible to compete for UML in the spring). The past two years I have not been able to
