Good week. My body is well recovered from the race a week ago. Those runs over 7min pace are probably way over the distance indicated. Anyways, only one light workout this week and I can't really tell if it was easy or hard since it was the first time doing it. I'm not sure whether I will race this week at the Valentine 3k or just train through to continue building strength for outdoor track. I will be racing the Armagh 5k race in Ireland at the end of the month. Thanks to everyone for the congratulations I received in person, via facebook, email etc for my 5k race last week. Now it's time to leave all that in the past and look ahead for bigger challenges.
