Two very good races this week to finish my eligibility at UML. I felt good during these races and was able to respond to most of the surges made (except for the final ones). This was kind of my first time racing a high level championship meet and I am very pleased with the effort. I was able to judge everything by feel instead of looking at the clock. There were some random surges at random parts during the race which kind of broke many guys. I was able to stay very focused and keep relaxed running while shifting gears which I think helped me the most. Next up might be the NBB twilight 5k.
