Week 2 - Starting all over (again)

Several weeks ago I started having some pain on left shin. I did some routine stretches, iced, rested and saw my chiropractor but nothing seemed to help. My doctor recommended an x-ray and later an MRI to see if I had a stress fracture. Thankfully both tests came out negative and eventually the pain went away after 3 weeks off. I didn't run a step from May 15 to June 4. I feel pretty well rested and still on track for my fall marathon. Now time to get to work!
