Very happy with the Christian Hill workout this week. Around this time of the year, it's tough breaking 3 minutes up that hill because of the cold air. Looking at my previous logs, I don't typically run much faster up Christian in the winter months anyway. I'm looking forward to some great training in the next 3 weeks. I don't feel fast but I feel like I'm establishing a good base. Thanks for reading.

Hi Ruben looks like you are training hard + smart. Had a few questions
ReplyDelete1. Do you use an Ipod when you are training?
2.How many calories do you eat per day would you say with all of this training?
3. I just moved to Boston, Mission Hill to be exact and I am looking for some good running routes. Are there any you would recommend?
Thank you
thanks..Now that I do most of my runs alone, I do use a small mini ipod, mostly for just easy runs.I dont keep track of calories (maybe I will start) I eat 3-4 times during the day. Good running routes from where you are would probably be along the Emerald Neclace, the Charles River or the Southwest Corridor Park.
