Much better week. Great planning including my long run which I started at 6:30am this time, it was till hot, so maybe next week I might start at 5:30am. I could have gone 19 but decided to walk the last 3/4 mile home instead. I have to be very conservative in this build up to I don't screw things up in the process. I had some stronger/faster runs this week, which were a result of having company on runs. This is strictly a base phase so if I do feel good on some runs, I may take off as long as I don't jeopardize the rest of the weeks training. Having no workouts allows me to have as many recovery runs as needed. It will be tough the next weeks as I continue to add to the overall weekly mileage and the long run, but as they say "it ain't supposed to be easy".
