Tough week of training, especially coming off the 5k/10k double last week, but next week should be lighter in preparation for the NBB Twilight 5000. It's pretty much my last shot to qualify for the USATF champs. I would need to run 13:52.0 or better. I will attempt to go after the standard, but as of today it doesn't look like the field has many guys to tag along with. Anyway, if I don't get it at least I will know I went for it.
