This was a great week. Took it easy on the workout Tuesday to make sure I was well recovered from the California races from last week. Saturday was a great workout. I couldn't believe how smooth and relaxed I felt doing the 300's after the 4 miles tempo.

This was a great week. Took it easy on the workout Tuesday to make sure I was well recovered from the California races from last week. Saturday was a great workout. I couldn't believe how smooth and relaxed I felt doing the 300's after the 4 miles tempo.
