Still recovering from the cold. Not really 100% yet, but I am glad to just get in good mileage this week. In about 10 days, I will do my first track workout, for now, I'm going to keep on doing the strength stuff: hills, tempos,progressions and long runs and the little things: hurdles, drills, strides, core etc.
