This week was tough with final exams, poor New England weather and countless of treadmill hours. My progression this week was much beter than last week. This week's last 3 miles were in 15:06 compared to last week's 15:30. My heartrate even dropped 3bpm as well, which is a very good sign. I am getting kind of sick with a cold, hopefully I can recover soon and be able to run a good 3k next week. If not, I will not race until I am fully healthy.
